in response to Ernesto Neto

This art piece has been made as the first project of FPA 160 in SFU by me & Sahar. In this piece, we tried to mimic Ernesto Neto's series of work which is called "the edge of world". However, we haven't replicated his work and interpreted his idea in our way. For this reason, the eastern elements as well as eastern illustration has been used on the floor and in order to achieve to create an internal body experience in the outside environment, a piece of beef tripe has been hung. Red drops on the floor represents the perception of blood and internal body. Even though, it's just paint not actual blood it does give a spectator goosebumps.
